[Cara Mudah] Bikin Sendiri Repo Lokal CentOS-mu!
Bukan bermaksud menggurui tapi hanya berbagi pengalaman aja waktu kemarin di lab sekolah ada sedikit kerusuhan teknik.. awrks...awrks...awrks... Karena pak gurunya gak berangkat dan seluruh kelas butuh nih repo semua, maka terpaksa bikin repo di lappy ane untuk menolong seluruh kelas #halaahhh... so' heroik.bangga wakakakaa. Langsung ceproooottt saja:

Pastikan service web server sudah berjalan:
Code:
service httpd status

Buat directory di webservernya:
Code:
mkdir -p /var/www/html/centos/5/{os,updates,extras,centosplus,addons}/i386
Mount DVD reponya:
Code:
mount /dev/cdrom-hda /mnt
Copy file untuk repo:
Code:
cp -R /mnt/CentOS /mnt/repodata /var/www/html/centos/5/os/i386

Itu saja. itu untuk arsiteketur i386. bisa diganti jika tidak menggunakan arsitektur ini.
Kemudian di client yang akan pake nih repo juga harus dirubah settingan yum-nya.
Code:
cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
ada dua file: .base dan .media
kita pake yang .base maka rubah yang .media jadi .media.old atau terserah:

edit yang .base:
cari bagian baseurl lalu edit jadi begini:

baseurl=file:///var/www/html/centos/$releasever/os/$basearch/

Kemudian:
Code:
yum clean all
yum update
